Customer Support Executive
Job location- Pune
Job Description:
We are looking for a customer support representative who is capable of providing excellent customer service to our clients through our Agoda travel booking app. This position entails booking flights and hotels, responding to customer inquiries, and troubleshooting customer issues. The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator, have strong problem-solving and organizational skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
• Provide customer support and troubleshoot customer issues
• Maintain a positive attitude and be open to feedback
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate service
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to maintain composure and be patient in stressful situations
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Undergradutes With Experience and Fresher Graduates Required.
